Patient Representative

Reports to: Site Manager

The primary function of the Patient Representative is to be the first point of contact between visitors and our drive through tent testing facility. They are tasked with the flow of the traffic and organization of the testing site. Answering guest inquiries, directing the flow of the testing line and coordinating the communication within those lines. They must uphold company culture at all times while making the visitor feel welcomed and informed. The goal is to complete all activities accurately with high quality and in a timely manner in accordance to policy and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Technical friendly and able to use the computer

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Organized and high energy and good at coordination of moving cars
