Medical Assistant for 360 Concierge

Reports to: VP Operations/Concierge Lead

The primary function of the Medical Assistant will be providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the “Concierge” medical operation and testing sites for the home, office or venue. You will support Concierge staff and customers through a variety of tasks related to group testing, patient care management, organization and communication. The goal is to provide a professional VIP experience in Antigen rapid testing and complete all testing activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely and resourceful manner.

  • Plan, organize and execute the function of the Concierge Antigen group testing operations from start to finish.

  • Coordinate with point of contact, interview patients, answer questions and obtain/document basic medical history and forms.

  • Provide test kits to conduct swab tests.

  • Exemplify caring and compassionate customer service to create an excellent VIP customer experience.

  • Provide exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to interact with HR personnel, executives, workers, and families in a wide variety of sensitive situations.

  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills and decisive judgement in an often-hectic environment and possess the ability to work independently or cohesively with team members.

  • Utilizes standard precautions, complies with policies and other regulatory agency standards.

  • Must be able to work collaboratively with coworkers on customer requests.

  • Ensure tests are tracked and logged, payment is collected and the customer receives group results and payment receipt.

  • Other duties as requested by Management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school Diploma, GED  

  • Medical Assistance (Degree, Certification in CCMA or Experience) 

  • Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Social perceptiveness and service oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Proficiency in MS office and patient management software
